57 year female patient was admitted for stupor (semiconsciousness) state.
Past H/o: BEDRIDDEN STATUS 1 month; BED SORES; ENCEPHALOPATHY; ELECTROLYTE IMBALNACE; DIABETES; FEMUR SURGERY
Patient gradually improved with antibiotics and general care. Patient was able to walk also with support. Patient showed gradual recovery. Patient’s bed sores also healing. Patient discharged in a stable condition
